The Role: Excellence in the Freezer

While this position supports our overall warehouse operations, your primary focus will be in our freezer environment. You will spend the majority of your shift accurately picking orders and preparing them for delivery in temperatures that can reach -10 degrees. We provide the environment and the equipment; you provide the grit and precision.

Your Typical Day

Pick & Pack: Use a wrist scanner to locate and pick orders quickly and accurately.
Prepare for Transport: Wrap loads securely by hand or with a machine, and secure them to trucks with load locks to ensure safe delivery.
Safety First: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and "chariots" (certification provided).
Inventory Care: Stock incoming freight and ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate.

Bonus Potential

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and team performance.

What You Bring to the Table

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely.
Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull.
Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders.
Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Experience: One year of experience doing similar work is preferred, but we are open to providing on-the-job training.
Background: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
