Fulfillment/Logistics Specialist

Your mission:

The Fulfillment Specialist serves as a pivotal figure in overseeing the complete fulfillment performance for the META- CW Asia region. This role is not just about executing sales orders; it's about orchestrating seamless customer experiences while achieving stringent operational metrics as outlined in agreed-upon KPIs. You will be responsible for managing our fulfilment performance of logistics and deliver continuous improvement to fulfillment and other supply chain processes

What you will do:

• Manage the fulfillment process to ensure deliveries are created on time to maximize revenue. Do so within framework of KPIs agreed with ESCs.
• Ensure that deliveries are made on time to meet the customers’ requirements and as early as possible to enable our 3PL to meet the KPI set.
• Manage the B2B & Spare Parts logistics operation in terms of customer satisfaction and budget spend, including inventory management and overall logistics performance.
• Manage relations about the fulfillment process towards Sales and customer Operations in all EME.
• Act as a trouble shooter when issues occur with sales or sales deliveries.
• Alert the planning regarding delays or shortages and support them to optimise the weekly availability plan.
• Return management: follow up the claims reported by Epson Sales Companies (ESC’s).
• Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with our 3PL.
• Work closely with the 3PL to ensure a smooth process of customer orders.
• Monitor adherence to all customs procedures and trade laws in alignment with Turkish regulations, acting as the key point of contact for local authorities and customs brokers.
• Serve as the primary logistics representative in Turkey, coordinating with regional and HQ teams to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

What we ask for:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field in Supply Chain discipline.
• Expert knowledge of fulfillment and planning processes
• Expert in using SAP MM and Business Objects and demonstrated experience in improving SAP to increase efficiency.
• High level knowledge of Excel
