Job Title: Fulfilment and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Fulfilment and Logistics Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This is a hands-on role centered on the flawless execution of our bespoke gifting experiences. You will manage the lifecycle of luxury inventory—from receiving delicate custom components to ensuring that complex, high-end mailers reach global recipients on time and in perfect condition. Roles & Responsibilities
Fulfilment
- Manage inventory movement and maintain accurate stock organization within the warehouse.
- Receive inbound deliveries and verify quantities and conditions against packing documentation.
- Support inventory checks and flag discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Maintain warehouse organization standards to ensure products are stored correctly and can be easily located.
- Monitor and report product waste, damaged units, or unusable materials.
- Help ensure inventory records remain updated and aligned with physical stock.
- Support packing readiness by confirming product availability and order allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and accuracy across fulfilment areas.
- Create and implement internal inventory system
Logistics
- Coordinating dispatching of large volume shipments since we know that takes some creative foresight
- Verify recipient lists to ensure names, addresses, and shipment details are correct before dispatch.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Input tracking numbers accurately into internal records or client-facing documents.
- Follow up on shipments to monitor delivery progress and flag delays, failed deliveries, or exceptions.
- Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners regarding dispatch, tracking updates, and shipment issues.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Support the team with shipment status updates and proof of dispatch when required.
- Escalate shipping issues proactively and help resolve documentation or delivery-related problems quickly.
- Implement the HAZMAT procedure for HAZMAT shipments.

Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping operations.
- Experience receiving deliveries, handling inventory, and supporting outbound shipments.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, HS code, packing lists, Incoterms and labels.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working hands-on and on-site on a full-time basis.
- Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate effectively across the warehouse, operations, and finance teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate issues quickly.
- Experience in inputting tracking information and monitoring shipment progress.
- Familiarity with courier platforms, shipping systems, or inventory tools is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
