Full and Part time Peds and Family Medical Provider positions in Glendale

Canyon Pediatrics and Family is an integrated primary care practice with multiple locations in the East Valley and Glendale. We see patients from all demographics including AHCCCS, Commercial, and sliding fee. Canyon has been an integrated provider of services for over 10 years utilizing behavioral health staff to support medical staff in care coordination and treatment of children. Canyon also houses WIC programs for families with children 0 to 5 and feeding/breastfeeding support programs for new families. In addition to fee for service Canyon also participates in value-based incentives with health plans and other entities.

We work to make community engagement, patient-centered practices, and communication a center of our practice. Applicants should be interested in a team or health home approach to pediatrics and willing to work alongside behavioral health staff both internally and externally.

Successful applicants may include:

- Active Arizona license to practice

- Board certified MD, DO

- Nurse Practitioners

- PA
