Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are a fast-growing construction and remodeling company with a brand-new showroom on Fort Myers Beach. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform credit card and bank reconciliations
• Oversee job costing and maintain accurate project financials
• Prepare financial reports and manage month-end close processes
• Handle vendor management and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Process and manage payroll through ADP
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and workflows

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Required)
• Experience with ADP payroll systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Construction or remodeling industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience building and improving accounting systems is highly encouraged
