Goldstar ATM is a growing financial services company providing ATM placement, processing, vaulting, and managed ATM services nationwide. We operate multiple related entities and maintain high standards for accuracy, compliance, and financial transparency.

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping operations while working closely with our Controller and leadership team.

This role is designed for someone who knows how to run the books, not just assist with them.

Position Overview

This is a Full Charge Bookkeeper role, not an entry level or data entry position.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities, managing reconciliations, supporting month end close, and ensuring bookkeeping consistency across projects. You will also assist with special accounting initiatives as the company continues to grow.

You will be trusted with sensitive financial information and expected to operate with independence, discretion, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Charge Bookkeeping Duties

  • Maintain full cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities
  • Perform bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure accurate transaction categorization and documentation
  • Assist with month end and year end close
  • Maintain clean, audit ready financial records

Controller & Leadership Support

  • Work closely with the Controller on financial accuracy and reporting
  • Assist with cash flow tracking and internal financial reports
  • Support tax preparation, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Identify discrepancies or risks and proactively flag issues

Oversight & Process Improvement

  • Maintain bookkeeping standards across related projects and entities
  • Assist with cleanup of legacy accounting items
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and internal SOPs
  • Support special projects tied to growth, integrations, or restructuring

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience
  • Strong expertise in QuickBooks (multi-entity experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience handling AP, AR, reconciliations, and close
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Professional communication and discretion

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in financial services, payments, or ATM-related businesses
  • Experience supporting a Controller or CFO
  • Experience with multi-entity or complex ownership structures

Pay: From $63,000.00 per year
