Full Charge Bookkeeper

Duties

• Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform general ledger accounting and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account analysis, and ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Conduct monthly financial report writing, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal review and external reporting.
• Perform detailed account reconciliation tasks including general ledger reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar bookkeeping role with comprehensive knowledge of corporate accounting principles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards and double-entry bookkeeping techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
