Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Richardson, TX

Your responsibilities will be:

Reviewing client QuickBooks files

Start to Finish Bookkeeping

Creating journal entries

Building financial statements (and explaining them to clients)

Advising clients on their financials and opportunities for improvement

Preparing various tax reports including payroll tax and sales tax.

Requirements:

3+ years accounting experience

Knowledge of QuickBooks

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Must be able to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines

Must be able to work well with others
