Job Title: Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Expertise

About Us: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This part-time position requires strong bookkeeping skills with a focus on cleaning up QuickBooks messes, while also offering training to client staff. If you have a knack for diving deep into client accounts and resolving issues, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping:
• Review, clean up, and manage client QuickBooks records with precision.
• Identify and correct inaccuracies in client financials.
• Implement process improvements for better financial management.
• Training:
• Provide QuickBooks training to client accounting staff as needed.
• Guide clients in improving their bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks.
• Proven ability to resolve complex bookkeeping issues and clean up financial records.
• Strong communication skills, proficient in QuickBooks and Zoom.

Schedule: Part-time. Must be available Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 p.m. CST.

10 to 20 hours per week.
