We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager / HR Coordinator to join our growing Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy team. This key position is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, office administration, and human resources functions, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and remains compliant with applicable regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Maintain organized business records and ensure document retention compliance.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
- Support leadership with administrative projects and reporting needs.
Human Resources
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee enrollments, and annual renewals.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Track employee training, certifications, licenses, and performance review schedules.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions and administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial management roles.
- Experience with office management and human resources administration preferred.
- Healthcare, pharmacy, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or medical practice experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with HR practices, employee benefits administration, and employment compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
