The Impact You’ll Make

• Source: Drive talent acquisition by managing and optimizing our presence on all major job boards.
• Screen: Conduct high-volume phone interviews to filter for top-tier talent and find the perfect fit.
• Coordinate: Manage the end-to-end candidate pipeline, from first contact to scheduling final interviews.
• Organize: Keep the hiring engine running smoothly using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, and Calendar).
• Represent: Act as the welcoming, professional, and energetic face of the Nation Security brand.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bilingual Fluency: 100% fluent in English and Spanish (required) with the ability to build effortless rapport in both languages.
• Recruitment Experience: A proven track record in high-volume sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in cloud-based workflows and Google Workspace tools.
• The "Hustle" Factor: Action-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
