Full-Cycle Sales Representative

Compensation:

- Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000

- Commission: 15% uncapped on every deal you close

- Accelerator: Commission jumps to 20% after $500K in contract value

- Fast-start bonus: $2,500 for first deal closed within 60 days

- Ramp guarantee: $6,000/month minimum for first 3 months

- Realistic OTE: $110,000 - $150,000+, top performers clear $200K

Pay: $45,000 - $150,000+ per year (base + uncapped commission)The Role

You'll own the entire sales cycle from first touch to signed contract. This is a player/coach position — you're closing deals AND helping the founder sharpen the sales playbook.

What You'll Do:

- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, and closing

- Build pipeline from scratch with 100+ outbound touches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

- Close pharmacy contracts worth $8K-$12K+/month in recurring revenue

- Target infusion pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and home health providers

- Track activity and pipeline in CRM with weekly reporting

- Help refine sales messaging, objection handling, and pitch materials

What You Bring:

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare (home health, infusion, pharma, med device)

- Track record of building your own pipeline — you don't wait for inbound leads

- Experience managing a full sales cycle from cold outreach to close

- Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume outbound
