Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at the cash register and dining areas
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to food safety standards and recipes
• Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, including food prep stations and utensils
• Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals and serving guests efficiently
• Ensure accurate cash handling, processing transactions quickly and correctly while providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus
• Strong cooking skills, including food preparation, knife skills, and meal assembly
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in menu planning, fine dining settings, or catering services is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction
