Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and building intelligent, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Python and Ruby (Ruby on Rails) and has a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions.
You will take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle from concept and architecture to deployment and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack, AI-based web applications using Python and Ruby.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models and automation features into existing and new platforms.
• Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, cloud computing, and full-stack development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack AI Engineer.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Python and Ruby, experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI required.
• Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Python by curating issues, solutions, and test suites from real-world repositories.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reliability and reproducibility.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, or similar).
• Demonstrated AI portfolio, must include real-world or published projects involving AI/ML (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI).
• Experience with AI frameworks and APIs such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Lobe.ai, LangChain, Vertex AI, Cohere, and Gemini.
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong command of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, GraphQL).
• Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and cloud services such as AWS, AWS Lambda, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience integrating AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and RAG pipelines into production systems.

Preferred Plus:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-first design principles.
• Knowledge of data engineering and MLOps practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
