Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for Full-Stack Associate Architects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate with 7+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in lead or architectural roles. You should be proficient across the stack, NestJS on the backend, Next.js on the frontend, and confident navigating database design and optimization. Bonus points if you’ve architected 3 or more products using the MERN stack and have experience in domains like OMS, POS, marketplaces, or supply chain platforms

Experience Required

• 7+ yrs experience (2+ in lead roles) with strong architecture & hands-on delivery skills
• Proficient in backend (NestJS), frontend (Next.js) and DB layers
• Demonstrable experience of architecting 3 products on MERN
• Currently hands-on and plan to stay 75% hands-on
• Bonus: Experience with OMS, POS, marketplaces, or supply chain platforms
