Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days)
Shift Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting our US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence. We are expanding our development team and hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to build, integrate, and optimize the crucial applications that drive our internal and external systems.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of programming experience in .NET, React JS, CSS, Material UI, and Bootstrap. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications, working seamlessly across both the front-end and server-side components.

This role requires collaboration within an Agile/Scrum environment and a commitment to writing clean, optimized, and maintainable code.

Please note that this is a night shift on-site job at our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development & Implementation: Develop and implement applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• Design Translation: Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web pages and applications.
• Back-End Integration: Collaborate with other team members to integrate front-end components with server-side logic powered by .NET technologies.
• Performance Optimisation: Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration & Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Debugging & Support: Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
• Agile Participation: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development and share knowledge within the team.
