Full Stack Automation Expert

About Us:

We are building a world-class, fully automated client outreach and operations system integrating GoHighLevel (GHL), Make.com, ClickUp, Slack, and other platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Automation Expert to design, implement, and manage end-to-end automation flows, SOP management, monitoring engines, and KPI dashboards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows across GHL, Make.com, ClickUp, Slack, and associated tools.
• Develop and manage ClickUp Spaces, Folders, Lists, Custom Fields, and Automations for SOP management, CAPA tracking, and audit-ready processes.
• Integrate AI-based systems for SOP classification, summarization, and root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain continuous monitoring systems to detect workflow failures, booking issues, outreach stalls, SDR SLA breaches, and security anomalies.
• Configure Slack alerts and incident notifications for workflow errors and KPI deviations.
• Implement version control, automated evidence capture, and audit-ready reporting for SOPs and processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with SOP designers, QA testers, and management to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live monitoring.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training for automation systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• GoHighLevel (GHL): Proficient in workflows, triggers, campaigns, automations, and API integrations.
• Make.com (Integromat): Advanced knowledge in scenario creation, webhooks, error handling, conditional logic, scheduling, and API connections.
• ClickUp: Experienced in Spaces, Lists, Custom Fields, Automations, relations, templates, and task management workflows.
• Slack: Knowledge of webhooks, bot integrations, alerts, and channel management.
• API & Integration Skills: Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and multi-platform data flow.
• Automation & Monitoring: Ability to build redundant, self-healing automation flows with logging, CAPA creation, and severity classification.
• AI Tools Integration: Familiarity with AI-based summarization, classification, and root-cause detection (optional but preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with audit-ready compliance processes (ISO, SOP management) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month
