Full stack backend developer

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize backend systems using Django and PostgreSQL to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Lead end-to-end architecture, API design, and data management across multiple services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve multi-threaded backend issues to enhance performance and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, improving deployment cycles and accelerating releases.
• Build automation workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered calling agents to boost user engagement.
• Integrate Razorpay and other third-party payment APIs for seamless transaction flows.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to align backend APIs with UI/UX requirements.
• Use Power BI and analytics tools to deliver dashboards and actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Django, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Azure, GitHub Actions, and DevOps automation workflows.
• Bonus: Experience with AI, chatbots, or machine learning integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
