Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has strong experience building real estate, e-commerce, and EdTech platforms, along with proficiency in custom WordPress development, AWS, and basic AI/ML integrations. Prior work in a digital agency is highly preferred.

This is a remote (work from home) role offering flexibility and opportunities for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications from scratch.
• Build and maintain websites in real estate, e-commerce, and EdTech domains.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Integrate and manage basic AI features, such as processing user queries (e.g. DORIS website integration) and delivering backend search results to the platform.
• Utilize AWS services for deployment, scalability, and optimization.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• He/She must have hand on experience in PHP (Laravel)

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of full-stack web development experience.
• who has the founder level Mindset.
• Proven experience in:
• Real estate website development
• E-commerce platforms
• EdTech platforms

Strong knowledge of:

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js or Vue.j
• Backend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Django(or equivalent)
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
• Custom WordPress development (themes and plugins)
• AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
• CMS; Wordpress & Shopify
• Experience with digital agency workflows
• Experience with basic AI/ML integrations (e.g. connecting to external data sources processing backend logic, and returning search results)
• Familiarity with Git and agile development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• DevOps or CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Wordpress
• Shopify
• SEO optimization skills
• Basic UI/UX understanding
