About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong expertise in both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Express.js, MongoDB), along with exposure to AI/ML model integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end web applications, creating interactive user interfaces, developing scalable APIs, and integrating AI-powered features into live systems.

This role demands a developer who can own the entire product lifecycle — from UI to backend to deployment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (React/Next.js)

• Develop responsive, pixel-perfect UI using React.js/Next.js.
• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into reusable components.
• Integrate frontend with backend REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP, Lottie).
• Optimize for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

Backend (Node.js/Express.js, MongoDB)

• Design and maintain RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
• Build secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
• Optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for scalability.
• Implement microservices for modular architecture.
• Ensure error handling, logging, and security best practices.

AI/ML Integration

• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML models (NLP, Voice AI, recommendation systems).
• Deploy pre-trained models using Flask/FastAPI/TensorFlow Serving/PyTorch.
• Implement real-time inference APIs for AI-powered features.
• Optimize AI workloads for latency, cost, and performance.

DevOps & Collaboration

• Deploy applications on AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, AI/ML, product).
• Document system architecture, APIs, and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack development experience using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.
• Expertise in React hooks, state management (Redux/Context API).
• Proficiency in backend API design, authentication, and microservices.
• Experience with AI/ML model integration (LLMs, NLP, ML APIs).
• Hands-on with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment.
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, ChatGPT APIs.
• Familiarity with Three.js / React Three Fiber for 3D animations.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
• Exposure to real-time systems (WebRTC, Sockets, Kafka).
• Understanding of design systems (Material UI, Chakra UI, ShadCN).
