Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both front-end and back-end development, has a strong architectural mindset, and thrives on building and scaling sophisticated web applications. As a senior developer, you’ll lead projects, architect solutions, optimize system performance, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable, high-quality applications using the MERN stack and modern technologies.
• Back-End Architecture: Design secure, efficient back-end services with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and Supabase.
• Front-End Excellence: Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
• System Analysis: Evaluate and optimize application data flow, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure reliability and performance.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI.
• Familiarity with Firebase/Supabase (a plus).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in application architecture and data flow.
• Proven experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
• Proficient with Git, RESTful APIs, Agile environments.
