Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years
What You’ll Do:
- Build, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Python/Django or Node.js (backend) and React/ReactJS (frontend).
- Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring smooth integration with internal and external systems.
- Design clean, efficient, and reusable code with focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, writing optimized queries and managing schema.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
- Take ownership of assigned modules, from requirements to production deployment and support.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and contribute to team discussions and improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python/Django or Node.js for backend development.
- Solid understanding of React/ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, MVC design patterns, and microservices concepts.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and working in agile teams.
- Ability to debug, problem-solve, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills and Competencies:
- Engineering degree holders, MCA, or Postgraduate diploma holders.
- Strong coding practices, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
