Job Description:

Potentials Dev Software Company is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable web applications and services that power our innovative software solutions. You'll work on both front-end and back-end development and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications from front-end to back-end.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Express, Python, Django, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of security, performance, and optimization techniques.
