Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with 2-3 Years of Experience to design, build, and maintain high-end websites and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern technologies, user-centric design, clean code, and has experience working across the full software development lifecycle—from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance websites and robust web applications.
• Architect and implement front-end interfaces with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js).
• Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and payment gateways where necessary.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver reliable solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API integrations.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Experience in performance optimisation and SEO-friendly development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile-first and progressive web apps (PWAs).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
• Previous experience in designing high-end websites with animations and micro-interactions (Framer Motion, GSAP).
