As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and deliver these systems, mentor engineers, and lead high-impact features. You will code hands-on, guide a small pod, and directly shape both product and technical direction.

Your Main Goals
Deliver a Major Feature: Lead your pod to design, build, and release a new feature with zero critical bugs and high user adoption.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Run sprints, guide two engineers, and raise the bar for speed and quality in delivery.
Scale and Performance: Optimize MySQL queries, queues, and event pipelines. Improve API response times and throughput using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Technical Roadmap Planning: Work with products to translate quarterly goals into clear technical plans, specs, and estimates.
