Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

As our Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the platform from the ground up, integrating multi-site architecture, crypto payments, and referral tracking systems. You will work closely with the founder and will have the autonomy to drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a multi-site earning and referral platform.
• Integrate cryptocurrency payment systems (Binance QR scan, wallet integration).
• Implement referral/MLM systems and automated profit distribution.
• Work with UI/UX designer to develop user-friendly dashboards and site branding per website.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code (PHP/Laravel or Node.js).
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with management to design features for multi-site administration (logo, images, commission % customization).
• Maintain platform security and ensure safe transactions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or similar).
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto APIs, and smart contracts.
• Experience with multi-site architectures and scalable web platforms.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations, especially crypto payments.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React.js / Vue.js / Angular).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with QA, testing, and debugging complex systems.

Preferred:

• Experience with Solidity or other smart contract languages.
• Familiarity with Binance API or similar crypto platforms.
• Prior experience in MLM / referral systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹30,112.30 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
