Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Integration & Automation Specialist to support our property management operations. This role involves building and maintaining integrations between PMS APIs and no-code databases, designing lightweight CRMs, and ensuring data consistency across platforms. You will also support field operations by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

PMS & No-Code Integration:

• Develop and maintain scripts that sync listing and reservation data between Property Management Systems (PMS) and no-code tools like Airtable or Monday.com.
• Ensure high data accuracy and reliability in integrations.

CRM & Workflow Automation:

• Design and implement lightweight CRM systems and automated workflows in no-code platforms such as Monday.com or Airtable.
• Streamline communication, task management, and guest service operations.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration or data syncing issues promptly.
• Maintain system health and prevent disruptions to business operations.

Project Ownership:

• Work independently across multiple projects with varying scope and complexity.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Operations Coordination:

• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are cleaned, maintained, and guest-ready.
• Use system data to trigger task assignments and follow-ups automatically.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for API integration.
• Experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify) and their APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of Airtable, Monday.com, or similar no-code/low-code tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows and automation logic.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across remote teams.
• Experience in property management or short-term rental operations is a plus.
