Full Stack Developer

About Us :

Prestigieux Mediatech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company focused on delivering innovative solutions and measurable results. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong coding skills and working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to contribute to dynamic projects and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

Develop responsive and interactive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party services seamlessly.

Back-End Development:

Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js (or PHP/Python frameworks).

Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data storage solutions.

CMS (Content Management Systems):

Customize and manage WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom functions).

Work with Shopify for eCommerce setup, liquid customizations, and integrations.

Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot CMS-based websites.

DevOps & Deployment:

Deploy projects on AWS, DigitalOcean, or other hosting platforms.

Maintain Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work with design, marketing, and content teams to bring projects to life.

Document code and provide technical guidance.

Deliver weekly updates and performance reports.

Probation Period & Performance Targets (First 3 Months) :

Deliver 1–2 complete projects/modules (custom-coded or CMS-based).

Successfully integrate front-end with back-end APIs and/or CMS features.

Launch at least one WordPress/Shopify project with optimization.

Ensure site speed optimization (90+ score on PageSpeed Insights).

Maintain bug-free, secure, and responsive applications.

Salary Structure :

Probation (3 Months) : ₹15000 + project based commission

After 3 months, permanent employment will be confirmed based on project delivery, quality of work, and problem-solving ability.

After Confirmation: ₹30000 - 60000 per month (based on performance & experience).

Requirements :

2–5 years experience in full stack development.

Strong in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js / PHP / Python frameworks).

Solid knowledge of CMS platforms – WordPress & Shopify (customization, plugins, Liquid templates, APIs).

Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with SEO best practices for CMS sites.

Knowledge of Git, hosting, and deployment workflows.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
