Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer / Go High Level (GHL) Expert to architect, code, and optimize our automation infrastructure. You’ll build the technical foundation behind our CRM systems, voice agents, and marketing automations—directly supporting a rapidly growing agent network.

The ideal candidate blends Go High Level expertise with modern web development skills (JavaScript, APIs, Node.js) and has a systems-thinking mindset—someone who can build scalable tech that runs 24/7 with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities-

GHL Automation & Integration

Build, optimize, and manage workflows, funnels, and automations in GoHigh Level.

Develop custom JavaScript functions, APIs, and webhooks to extend GHL capabilities.

Connect GHL with external systems (dialers, CRMs, calendars, etc.) using REST APIs.

Full Stack Development-

Develop lightweight internal tools (dashboards, lead routers, agent portals).

Write and maintain reusable codebases in Node.js / React / TypeScript.

Manage integrations with MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

Voice & AI Systems -

Set up and optimize AI-driven voice agents and text automation bots.

Implement conversational logic and integrations with OpenAI APIs or similar.

Marketing Automation-

Manage and automate social media planners and content scheduling through GHL.

Ensure compliance with A2P 10DLC standards for SMS marketing.

Support campaign deployment, analytics tracking, and optimization.

Documentation & Collaboration-

Maintain clear process documentation for all automations and codebases.

Collaborate with leadership and RevOps to align systems with business KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

2+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (must-have).

Strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, APIs, and webhooks.

Experience integrating systems via Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.

Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Familiarity with voice AI, Twilio, or ChatGPT API a plus.

Proven track record in building automated systems and dashboards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with React.js or Next.js.

Experience building CRM dashboards or reporting portals.

Understanding of email/SMS deliverability and compliance frameworks.

Exposure to AI automation tools or LLM integrations.

Work Environment

Location: Islamabad Office (preferred onsite, full-time).
Remote option considered only for candidates who demonstrate exceptional independence, speed, and reliability.
Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday.
Collaboration: Standups with U.S. team via Slack & Loom; weekly sprint reviews.
