We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in Node.js to join our fast-paced, early-stage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, enjoys building customer-facing products from the ground up, and can deliver high-quality features at speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather and understand product requirements.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications, including both front-end and back-end components.
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and performance meet business expectations.
• Manage and maintain a reliable production environment for customer access.
• Provide regular updates on development timelines, challenges, and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Support customer success and technical support teams by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Develop internal tools and automation to streamline business and development operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar technical role.
• Expertise in Node.js with hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable applications.
• Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, optionally Python, C#, or Java).
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, and knowledge of server environments like Apache or Nginx.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field is preferred.
