Job tasks:

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using modern frameworks
• Build responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces with a focus on performance and usability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering excellence
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across all layers
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and team collaboration

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and authorization
• Proven experience in application development from concept to deployment
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
