*Exciting Opportunity: Full Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience) – Faisal Town, Lahore*

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Development & Integration*

- Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MERN/MEAN stack and Python-based services

- Design and integrate AI-powered chatbots with web platforms and CRMs

- Work on conversational AI, including natural language processing (NLP) for smart, contextual chatbot interactions

- *API Development & Integration*

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., CRMs, cloud tools, communication platforms)

- *Collaboration & Optimization*

- Collaborate on AI/ML modules for automation, user personalization, and process optimization

- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications

- Optimize performance and ensure responsive, secure applications

- *Client Interaction*

- Participate in direct interaction with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment

*Required Skills:*

- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, React.js or Angular, and Python (Flask/Django)

- Experience in developing and deploying chatbots (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, etc.)

- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Git/version control and API integrations

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with AI/ML tools (OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)

- Experience with GraphQL, Redux, or (link unavailable)

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and chatbot integration

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology

*Communication Skills:*

- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal

- Comfortable in direct communication with clients, including calls, meetings, and requirement discussions

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication
