Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can work on both frontend and backend development, build scalable applications, integrate APIs, and collaborate with our design, marketing, and project teams. You should be able to handle complete project cycles — from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages
• Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Development

• Build and maintain backend systems using Laravel / Node.js / Express / Python (Django/Flask)
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs
• Handle database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design and project management teams
• Manage code versioning using Git / GitHub
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all applications
• Participate in technical planning, sprint discussions, and project estimations
• Deploy applications on servers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, or similar

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL
• Hands-on experience in Laravel (preferred) or any major backend framework
• Experience in React / Next.js or similar frontend libraries
• Understanding of server management and deployment
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Authentication (JWT/OAuth), MVC architecture
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience in mobile app development (React Native / Flutter)
• Knowledge of AI automation tools and API integrations
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles
• Experience with CRM, E-commerce, or custom web app development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous work
