Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Full Stack Developer who can think like a product owner, move fast, and build scalable, high-performance applications from scratch. You’ll be working closely with founders, designers, and marketing teams to bring real ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Build and scale web applications from scratch
• Develop responsive UI using React / Next.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Create backend systems using Node.js / PHP / Python
• Build and integrate APIs with frontend and third-party tools
• Work with databases like MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS / GCP / VPS
• Optimize application speed, security, and scalability
• Collaborate in sprint-based agile environment
• Quickly troubleshoot and fix bugs in live products
• Take ownership of complete modules/features

Required Skills

✅ MERN / Full Stack Development (React + Node / PHP)
✅ Frontend: HTML, CSS, JS, React / Vue
✅ Backend: Node.js / PHP / Python
✅ Database: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
✅ API integration and system architecture skills
✅ Git, GitHub & version control
✅ Experience with live product handling
✅ Basic DevOps & deployment knowledge

• Front-End Development: Creating the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, often utilizing frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: Writing server-side logic and business rules using languages like Python, PHP, Java, or Node.js to ensure the website functions correctly.
• Database Management: Designing, building, and managing the databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) that store website information and user data.
• API Integration: Developing and integrating Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Configuring server environments, setting up version control (like Git), and deploying the application to production, which may involve DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• 10 key typing: 1 year (Required)

• English (Preferred)
