About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full stack Developer having experience in full stack development to lead our development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in full stack development, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers to ensure project goals are achieved.Plan, design, and oversee full stack development projects using modern frameworks and technologies.Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UI/UX Designers.Define project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor performance metrics.Identify risks and bottlenecks, proposing effective solutions to maintain smooth delivery.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web and mobile application development.Foster a positive and productive team culture through clear communication and leadership.

Technical Skills Required:Frontend: React.js, Angular, or Vue.jsBackend: Node.js, Express.js, or Python (Django/Flask)Database: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQLCloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DockerVersion Control: Git / GitHub / BitbucketOther Tools: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in full stack development.Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
