Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end systems and databases—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Manage and optimize relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure applications are performant, secure, and compliant with accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using Git and modern development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with microservices or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization patterns).
