Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity

We're building FactoryJet—an AI-native web development system delivering enterprise-quality sites in 7 days using Gemini 3 Pro, Lovable, V0, and Payload CMS.​

We need a systems-thinking engineer to architect the technical infrastructure that scales us to ₹1 Cr+ ARR with <10 people.

This is NOT a typical job. It's a ground-floor opportunity with massive financial upside.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹10,000/month (guaranteed)
Performance Commission: 5% of every deal closed
Equity: up to 5% (4-year vesting, 1 year cliff)

Earning Potential:

• Month 1 (₹5L revenue): ₹25K base + ₹25K commission = ₹50K
• Month 3 (₹10L revenue): ₹25K base + ₹50K commission = ₹75K
• Month 6 (₹20L revenue): ₹25K base + ₹1L commission = ₹1.25L
• Month 12+ (₹50L revenue): ₹25K base + ₹2.5L commission = ₹2.75L/month

Plus: Lead engineer bonus when we hire team under you (₹50K-1L/month additional)

What You'll Build

• AI Code Generation Pipelines: Lovable, V0, Cursor integration for 7-day delivery​
• Multi-Tenant Payload CMS: SaaS-ified hosting for 100+ client sites​​
• Lead Generation Systems: 100+ organic leads/month via micro-sites, SEO automation
• Internal Automation: CRM, monitoring, deployment infrastructure

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Technical:

• React, Next.js, TypeScript (production-level expertise)
• Node.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB (backend APIs, databases)
• Payload CMS or similar headless CMS (must learn quickly if new)​
• Deployment: Vercel, VPS, CI/CD pipelines
• AI Tools: Experience with or willingness to master Lovable, V0, AI code generation​

Communication:

• Fluent English (written and verbal) - NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Clear async communication (Slack, email, documentation)
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical founder

Mindset:

• Systems thinker, not task executor
• Comfortable with high autonomy
• Excited by commission-based upside

Experience

• 3-5 years professional development
• Portfolio of live projects (GitHub + deployed sites required)
• Bonus: Agency/startup experience, lead-gen systems, AI tool usage
