Full Stack Developer

Full-Stack Web Developer (React/Vue.js + Django / Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust web applications, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end development. You will have a strong understanding of CRM and ERR applications and be instrumental in customizing and integrating it with our existing packaged solutions being offered to customers.

Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

• Develop user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js, ensuring exceptional user experience and responsiveness across various devices.
• Craft clean, maintainable, and well-documented HTML5, CSS3, Java script, Bootstrap code and other Frameworks that adheres to best practices.
• Implement responsive web design (RWD) principles to ensure optimal experiences across all devices.
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into functional front-end components.
• Integrate third-party APIs for enhanced functionality.

Back-End Development:

Build scalable and secure web applications using object-oriented programming principles (Django /Python preferred).

Utilize frameworks like Django or Fast Api (Python) to build efficient and maintainable applications.

Develop custom functionalities and APIs for CRM and ERP to streamline business processes.

Implement MVC architecture for efficient code organization and maintainability.

CRM Expertise:

• Customize CRM modules (Account, Help Desk, Print Template, Workflow Automation) to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate CRM with other platforms
• Perform manual testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and develop HTML email templates.
• Write reusable and well-structured code prioritizing cohesion and loose coupling.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Functional Knowledge of CRM and how it is used in the industry

ERP Expertise:

• Customize ERP modules (AR/AP, CoA, Sales documents, Purchase Documents, Inventory flow, HR, Print Template, Workflow Automation) to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate ERP with other platforms
• Perform manual testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and develop HTML email templates.
• Write reusable and well-structured code prioritizing cohesion and loose coupling.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Functional Knowledge of ERP and how it is used in the industry

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in a modern front-end framework (React or Vue.js preferred).
• Strong understanding of back-end development concepts (object-oriented programming, MVC architecture).
• Experience with Python and database programming for server-side development (Django a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP tool customization and API integration.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to new technologies and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) or Master's degree (ME/MTech) in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred).
