Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise

in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack and Next.js for building scalable,

high-performance web applications. This role requires an innovative problem-solver who can handle

large datasets, optimize user journeys, and ensure seamless integrations across systems and

partners.

You will work closely with product, design, business, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, efficient,

and user-friendly digital solutions Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications

using the MERN stack with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized performance.

● Build, optimize, and maintain APIs for voucher issuance, payment gateways, and third-party

integrations.

● Manage and streamline data flow between internal systems, external partners, and CRMs

such as HubSpot.

● Implement efficient data models and structures to handle large datasets, ensuring speed,

reliability, and scalability.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate

business requirements into robust technical solutions.

● Optimize frontend performance to deliver smooth user journeys, fast search flows, and

seamless checkout experiences.

● Ensure system scalability, uptime, accessibility, and security across all products.

● Support QA and DevOps during testing, deployment, and continuous delivery cycles.

● Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively

recommend improvements to system architecture and workflows.

● Mentor and guide junior developers to promote a culture of technical excellence and

continuous learning

Requirements:

● 6–7 years of professional experience in Senior Full Stack Developer using MERN (MongoDB,

Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Proven expertise in Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation

(SSG), and performance optimization techniques.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party or external

services.

● Strong background in database design and data modeling, particularly with MongoDB and

large datasets.

● Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
