Job Title: Full Stack Developer

(Full-time / On-site: Ahmedabad)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex, high-performance web applications using Next.js and React for various client projects.
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX concepts.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization techniques.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and project requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and dynamic content as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to frontend performance, compatibility, and security.
• Ensure timely project delivery, meeting all deadlines as agreed with clients.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, potential roadblocks, and timelines with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1.5–2 years experience in Node.js and Next.js (TypeScript).
• Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL and Redis (caching, pub/sub, job queues).
• Experience integrating LLM, or other advanced APIs into production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable, high-concurrency systems. Familiarity with
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. Solid understanding of secure, compliant software development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Nice to Have:

• Backend experience (Node.js, Express).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of web security practices (CORS, XSS, CSRF).

We expect consistent and on-time delivery of all milestones, with clear and prompt communication regarding any delays or issues. Failure to meet deadlines will not be tolerated. Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
