Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong

expertise in React.js, Next.js (Server-Side Rendering), and Node.js to design,

develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should be proficient across the entire development lifecycle, from

frontend architecture and backend API development to cloud deployment and

performance optimisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,

contribute to system architecture decisions, and play a key role in mentoring junior

developers. Prior experience with PHP-based systems and modern DevOps practices

will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

 Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using

React.js and Next.js

 Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), static generation, and routing using

Next.js for improved performance and SEO

 Build reusable, scalable, and optimised UI components using modern React

patterns such as Hooks, Context API, Redux, or Zustand

 Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first responsive design

 Optimise frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience

Backend Development

 Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs

using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS

 Implement authentication and authorisation mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or

similar standards

 Build and maintain backend services and microservices as needed

 Handle data validation, error handling, and logging for production-grade

applications

Database & Integrations

 Design and maintain efficient database schemas using MongoDB, PostgreSQL,

or MySQL

 Write optimized queries and ensure data integrity and performance

 Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and external

services

DevOps & Deployment

 Manage code repositories using Git and follow best practices for version control

 Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

 Deploy and manage applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

 Use Docker and containerization for consistent development and production

environments

 Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams

to deliver high-quality solutions

 Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical

decision-making

 Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices

 Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and

knowledge sharing

 Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend (React & Next.js)

 Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js

 Proven experience with SSR, SEO optimization, and performance tuning

 Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

 Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or

Zustand

 Solid understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility

Backend (Node.js)

 Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS

 Experience designing and building RESTful APIs

 Good understanding of backend security best practices

 Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets) is a plus

Database & Integrations

 Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

 Ability to design scalable database structures and write efficient queries

 Hands-on experience with third-party API integrations

DevOps & Tools

 Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

 Experience with Docker and containerised applications

Good to Have

 Experience with PHP (Laravel or Core PHP)

 Experience maintaining or modernising legacy systems
