Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Join a two-person technical team responsible for a mission-critical enterprise platform supporting five departments.

SilberArrows is seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Developer (3–5 years experience) to strengthen our technical operations, improve delivery capacity, and ensure business continuity. In this role, you will work directly with the Technical Lead, contributing to the stability, scalability, and ongoing enhancement of an active production system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack features on a live production platform
• Work within existing codebases—improving and extending functionality rather than rebuilding from scratch
• Collaborate on technical decisions, implementation, and peer code reviews
• Ensure system stability, performance, and maintainability
• Create documentation and support effective knowledge transfer

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL / Supabase
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
