Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, React, and Node.js to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. A strong understanding of both frontend and backend development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
* Build and integrate Node.js services and APIs for microservices or backend logic as needed.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Optimize application performance and scalability, including database design and query tuning.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
* Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in all application components.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the stack.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 8 years of professional development experience in full-stack web application development.
* Strong experience with .NET/.NET Core (C#) for backend API development.
* Proficiency in React.js for modern frontend development, including state management (Redux or Context API).
* Solid experience with Node.js, especially in building RESTful APIs or microservices.
* Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB).
* Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Good understanding of software architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, and microservices.
* Experience with version control systems like Git and project tracking tools like Jira.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
