Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our team and own features end-to-end — from schema design to API to UI. This isn't a "pick up tickets" role; you'll shape product and architecture alongside the founding team. Expect to work across mobile, web, and the backend services that power them.

What you'll do

• Design and build features end-to-end, across frontend and backend
• Own backend services: APIs, data models, integrations with third-party providers
• Contribute to mobile and/or web app development — new features, performance, polish
• Collaborate on architecture decisions, schema design, and technical direction
• Ship fast, iterate based on real user feedback, and keep quality high as we scale

You should have

• 2+ years shipping production full-stack work
• Strong frontend skills (React, Next.js, Flutter, or equivalent modern framework)
• Solid backend experience: Node/TypeScript, Python, or .NET— REST APIs, relational databases
• Comfort with schema design, migrations, and thinking about data contracts between services
• A product brain — you push back on specs, you don't just implement them
• Clear written communication (we work async across time zones)

Bonus points

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar
• Worked with AI/LLM pipelines in production
• Fintech, payments, or open banking experience
• Contributions to open source or side projects we can look at
