Full Stack Developer

Pay: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring multiple Full Stack Developers (frontend and backend) to join our core product team.

You will work within a highly AI-augmented development environment, contributing to a modular, microservices-based platform. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with an emphasis on clean implementation, strong API integration, and efficient delivery using modern tooling.

This is not a passive development role. You will be expected to think clearly, move quickly, and produce high-quality output with the support of AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend components across the platform
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Work across services and interfaces with a strong understanding of system boundaries

AI-Augmented Development

• Operate effectively using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
• Use AI to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation
• Validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure correctness and security
• Contribute to evolving team practices for AI-assisted development

Frontend Development (where applicable)

• Build responsive UIs using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs securely and efficiently
• Contribute to reusable component libraries and frontend standards
• Optimise performance and responsiveness

Backend Development (where applicable)

• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Next.js
• Design and maintain APIs following OpenAPI/Swagger standards
• Contribute to microservices architecture and service boundaries
• Implement secure authentication and data handling practices

Integration & Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend, backend, and QA to ensure high-quality integration
• Translate requirements into practical technical implementations
• Maintain clear and useful technical documentation

Quality & Delivery

• Maintain strong coding discipline and testing practices
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Focus on delivery speed without sacrificing correctness

Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in full stack or specialised frontend/backend development
• Proven experience delivering production systems

AI & Workflow Fluency (Important)

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
• Ability to work effectively in an augmented development workflow
• Understanding of risks and limitations of AI-generated code

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• API integration and secure coding practices
• Familiarity with:
• React.js, Tailwind CSS (frontend)
• Node.js, Next.js (backend)
• OpenAPI / Swagger
• Microservices-based systems

Engineering Approach

• Strong focus on clarity, simplicity, and maintainability
• Ability to work across system boundaries without over-engineering

Communication

• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product teams
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
