Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack and Angular. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, solid architectural knowledge, and the ability to contribute to technical leadership while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in .NET Core 8.0+, Angular, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS/MediatR, and modern development practices, with a strong focus on application quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core 8.0 or later, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Angular
• Apply and promote architectural and development best practices including Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Mediator/MediatR pattern, and Modular Monolith principles
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs aligned with clean, layered, and scalable architecture standards
• Build and optimize front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex and high-performance SQL queries
• Build and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework Core
• Implement and support asynchronous messaging solutions using RabbitMQ
• Implement caching strategies and performance optimization using Redis
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and key technology decisions
• Containerize applications using Docker and support container-based deployment models
• Ensure application quality and reliability through unit testing and integration testing
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across both backend and frontend components
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and maintainable design patterns
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, UX, Product, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance when needed
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and technical requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

Backend

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core 8.0+, and the broader Microsoft .NET ecosystem
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API
• Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core

Frontend

• Experience with Angular for building modern, scalable front-end applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

Architecture & Design

• Strong experience with:

o Clean Architecture

o SOLID principles

o Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

o CQRS

o MediatR / Mediator pattern

o Modular Monolith and Vertical Slice design principles

• Familiarity with Microservices architecture

Data, Messaging & Caching

• Strong experience with SQL Server
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Experience with RabbitMQ for messaging
• Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization

Testing, DevOps & Deployment

• · Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• · Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• · Exposure to Azure for application deployment and maintenance is preferred

Other

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claud Code, or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience in a Senior Full Stack Developer or Senior .NET Developer role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience mentoring development teams and contributing to engineering standards and best practices
