Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Python and Node.js .
• Design, develop, and maintain modern frontend applications using React and Vue.js .
• Own software features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from technical design to production support.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to overall system architecture and engineering best practices.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and well-structured frontend components following modern development standards.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable REST APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, QA, UX/UI, and Product teams to define technical solutions and ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain real-time features and asynchronous communication where required.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
• Optimize backend and frontend performance, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Design efficient data access patterns, caching strategies, and application state management.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and mentor other developers through technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable long-term solutions.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, architecture reviews, and technology selection.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing and developing distributed systems based on Microservices Architecture .
• Experience with asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with API documentation standards such as OpenAPI (Swagger) .
• Experience developing enterprise-scale web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
