Role Overview
We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our core development team. You will work on internal tools, client platforms, and new digital products. This is a long-term full-time role for someone who wants to take ownership, grow with the team, and make a real impact.

Required Tech Stack

• React
• Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• TypeScript
• Node.js
• NestJS or Express.js
• PostgreSQL

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment

Your Profile

• Solid hands-on experience with the listed tech stack
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development workflows
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Clean coding habits and familiarity with Git-based workflows
• Fluent in either English or German (at least one is mandatory)
• Independent, reliable, and ready to contribute to a long-term project
• Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow professionally
