Full-Stack Developer (AI Agent Integration to 3rd Party)

About the Role

We are piloting a Digital AI Agent (via any AI Agent providers) to act as a digital health manager.

To enhance the POC, we require a developer who can connect the avatar to external services (CRM, booking systems, reminders, and simple dashboards, or email) and demonstrate end-to-end patient journeys.

This role is focused on lightweight integrations, not deep healthcare platform development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build integrations between the AI Agent provider and 3rd-party systems:
• Booking / Scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly, Outlook).
• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Notification services (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Develop a middleware layer (Node.js / Python) to connect APIs where needed.
• Enable simple conversation flows (book appointment, log contact, send reminder).
• Create a lightweight demo dashboard showing logs and usage analytics.
• Ensure secure handling of user data, even at POC stage.
• Work closely with the project team to iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Full-Stack or Backend development experience.
• Strong in Node.js / Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience with integrating SaaS tools (CRM, booking, messaging APIs).
• Familiar with OAuth2, webhooks, API authentication.
• Ability to set up basic cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure, Heroku).
• Strong problem-solving and fast prototyping skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI/Avatar platforms (Ex. Heygen, Synthflow).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for embedding avatar widgets.
• Experience with Zapier/Make.com or similar automation tools.

Engagement Model

• Remote, project-based (approx. 1–3 months). Extendable to permanent after the initial project depends of the evaluation/performance of the Developer
• Focus on enhancing the POC with practical integrations.
• Direct reporting to Project Manager; coordination with AI provider as needed.
