Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years Full Stack Development experience
• 2+ years experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong experience with JavaScript / Node.js based development
• Experience building REST APIs or GraphQL APIs
• Experience working with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks
• Experience working with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms
• Experience designing or implementing automation workflows and CRM systems
• Ability to design scalable backend logic and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and optimization
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Must work Night Shift (7AM – 4PM Pacific Time USA).

What You’ll Be Building

As a Full Stack Developer on our team, you will work on projects such as:

• Designing and building AI automation systems for real businesses
• Developing custom backend services and API integrations
• Building advanced automation workflows inside GoHighLevel
• Creating AI-powered chatbots and conversational systems
• Developing Voice AI agents using Synthflow, Twilio, or similar platforms
• Integrating CRM platforms, automation tools, and third-party services
• Designing scalable architectures that support complex automation flows
• Writing and refining AI prompt logic and conversational flows
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation systems
• Creating documentation and technical SOPs for systems you build
• Collaborating with strategy and automation teams to bring solutions to life

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)

• Experience building AI Agents or LLM workflows
• Experience with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience designing scalable system architectures
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and Git collaboration
• Web design experience (Figma, Webflow, WordPress)
• Experience working directly with clients to explain technical solutions
